Intended Use
Bone marrow needles are single-use, sterile, stainless steel instruments designed for percutaneous, image-guided, or manual aspiration of bone marrow fluid and, or, the collection of core tissue samples (biopsy) from the bone marrow cavity. They are primarily used to diagnose hematologic disorders, infections, cancers, and for tissue matching.
